1 x 60-minute session per month
WhatsApp support for brief check-ins and guidance

Ongoing personalized support, primarily within sessions

A more present and relational container.

Includes:

1 x 90-minute session per month
More active WhatsApp support between sessions

Faster response time (same or next day when possible)
