- We will meet up around 5:30pm and I will go over the program with you.
- Intention setting & visioning your desired outcome
- Welcome dinner at 6:30pm on the beach
- Return to your hotel around 8:30pm
- Daily Qigong practice
9:30AM – 12:30PM
- Wellness Qigong & meditation
- Setting your intentions
- Intro to Reiki 1
12:30pm – 1:30pm – Lunch w/Michele
- Reiki 1 continued & hands-on practice
3:30pm – transfer back to your hotel
9:30am – 12:00pm –
- ‘Meditation for Greater Awareness’ program – 7 Step practice, Qigong & Osho Chakra Dynamic meditation
12pm – 1pm – Relaxation & lunch break
1pm – 2:30pm
- ‘Meditation for Greater Awareness’ cont, AUM meditation & sitting practice
2:30pm – transfer back to your hotel
9:30am – 12:30PM
- Wellness Qigong, 7 Step practice & meditation
- Reiki 2 – Introduction to the 3 symbols, 1st attunement & practice memorizing symbols
12:30pm – 1:30pm – Lunch w/Michele
1:30pm – 3:30pm
- Reiki 2 continued – 2nd attunement, finish memorizing symbols, distance healing & hands-on practice using all symbols
3:30pm – transfer back to your hotel
9:10am – pick up & transfer to Michele’s home for final training

- Wellness Qigong, 7 Step practice & meditation
- Reiki 2 review & practice
12:30pm – 1:30pm – Lunch w/Michele
